While installing the APK file on your device, you may receive a pop-up that reads: Junglee Rummy wants to access your location. You get two options i.e. “Allow” or “Deny.” When you click on the “Allow” option, the app gets access to your current location. However, when you click on the “Deny” option, the app will not have any information about your current location. This automatically prevents you from playing cash games on the app. 

This error is commonly experienced by players who reside in the “restricted states” of India. If your IP address is from Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Kerala, Odisha, Sikkim, Tamil Nadu or Nagaland, our system will automatically prevent you from playing cash games and performing any monetary transactions. The laws of these states do not allow the residents of these states to play cash rummy games online. This is one of the reasons why we ask for access to your location right at the beginning of the installation process. It is important to share your location with Junglee Rummy to avoid such issues and play cash games without any hassle.

IP Issue outside Restricted States

If you are not playing from a restricted state but are still unable to play cash games on Junglee Rummy, you can follow these steps:

1. Turn off the Mobile Data/Wi-Fi on your device. Then turn off the GPS and turn on the Airplane Mode.
2. Now close all the apps, including the Junglee Rummy app, that are running on your device.
3. Turn off the Airplane Mode. Then turn on the Mobile Data/Wi-Fi on your device and turn on the GPS.
4. Now open the Junglee Rummy app.
5. You will receive a pop-up for “Location.” Click on “Allow” and start playing.

If you follow the above instructions, it is highly unlikely that the problem will persist. However, if you still face the same error, you can reach out to your internet service provider for an alternate IP address, or you can always reach out to our Customer Support team for further assistance.
